  • Manage a robust network of IT professionals to consistently source top talent for client projects.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the US IT staffing domain, demonstrating a successful track record.
  • Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with Tier 1 clients, showcasing exceptional relationship management skills.
  • In-depth understanding of the US IT job market, including the latest trends and dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
