- Negotiate and close deals to achieve ambitious sales targets, contributing significantly to business growth.
- Manage a robust network of IT professionals to consistently source top talent for client projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in the US IT staffing domain, demonstrating a successful track record.
- Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with Tier 1 clients, showcasing exceptional relationship management skills.
- In-depth understanding of the US IT job market, including the latest trends and dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
